Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction

    These terms and conditions constitute the comprehensive service agreement and apply to all transactions carried out by you as a "Customer" with rdp.guru in their entirety. They override any verbal assurances provided by rdp.guru or its representatives. If you have reached an understanding with any of rdp.guru's official representatives, it must be documented in writing to be considered valid.

  2. Acceptance of Terms

    Prior to purchasing any of our service(s), please thoroughly read and understand these terms of service. Your purchase of any of our service(s) signifies your explicit acceptance of the terms outlined herein.

  3. Definitions

    References to "We," "Us," "Provider," "Company," or "rdp.guru" pertain to rdp.guru. "You," "Your," "Client," "Customer," and "Member" denote any individual or entity procuring services from us.

  4. Content Storage and Backup Policy

    All content stored on our server(s) by the customer(s) is done so at the customer’s own risk. Rdp.guru bears no responsibility for maintaining backups of such content. It is incumbent upon the customer to regularly backup the content stored on the server(s).

  5. Server Delivery

    Upon confirmed payment, your hosting plan will be automatically delivered. In the event of an error, your service will be provisioned within 24 minutes. We appreciate your patience during this process.

  6. Cancellations

    Services will be manually canceled if payment is not confirmed one day after the invoice's due date. In such instances, all data associated with the service will be wiped for customer privacy and security. Restoration of lost data is not feasible.

  7. Payment Disputes, Chargebacks, and Refunds

    All payments are deemed final, and refunds are not provided. Customers are expected to contact our billing department to address any billing concerns prior to initiating disputes or chargebacks.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    Rdp.guru cannot be held accountable for indirect, incidental, punitive, disruptive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, damages arising from file/website content corruption or deletion, email data loss, and database content loss. This holds true irrespective of whether the customer is under contract or not, even if we have been informed or warned about potential damages in advance.

  9. Amendments to Terms of Service

    Rdp.guru reserves the right to unilaterally amend or modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. Revised terms of service will be published on the rdp.guru website and will be immediately effective for all existing and future customers, superseding all prior terms.

  10. Activities

    Rdp.guru bears no responsibility for the traffic or activities, lawful or unlawful. Our services are solely for educational purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that our IP addresses remain unblemished and free from blacklisting or any allegations.
